Camp Registration

* Clicking this button will take you to the USSC secure website. All Peak Performance Swim Camp registrations and payments will be processed by US Sports Camps.
- Once you arrive at the USSC website, click on to the orange "Register Button" and follow Registration Steps 1-6. Pay in full, or make a $300.00 non-refundable deposit, plus pay all "Camp Extras" in full. Upon payment, USSC will send you an e-mail confirming your reservation. If paying by check, make payable to USSC/Peak Performance Swim Camp and mail to:

- Prior to camp, USSC will e-mail a Registration Packet containing important forms and details about your camp. Download the packet, fill out the Health/Release/Travel Forms and mail or fax to:

* To summarize, all checks must be mailed to the USSC/Peak Performance Swim Camp office in San Rafael, CA and all Health/Release/Travel Forms must be mailed or faxed to the Peak Performance Swim Camp office in Orlando, FL.
* All payments are non-refundable. Unused camp fees may be applied to a future camp within one year of purchase date. In the unlikely event Peak Performance Swim Camp cancels a camp session, a full refund will be provided, either by refund to the credit card or reimbursement/cancellation of the check used for payment. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of a camp cancellation. Transfer of any camp package or "camp extra", from the original purchaser to another, is not permitted under any circumstance.
Camp Extras
* Due to popular demand our Private Coaching Sessions, Video Analysis and E-Swim Report sell out very quickly. To avoid disappointment we ask that you sign-up for these Camp Extras at time of registration.
One-Hour Private Coaching
* Maximum of 4 hours, per swimmer, per camp.

Video Analysis
* Maximum of 6 per camp week.
Video analysis dramatically improves a swimmer's understanding of how the swim and what needs to be improved upon - great for the visual learner!
The package includes:
- Above and below water videotaping of each stroke
- A one-hour video review with former Olympic Coach Nick Baker
- A take-home DVD
- A written summary emailed within one month of videotaping session
Price: $350.00
E-Swim Report
The purpose of the E-Swim Report is to identify and document any strengths/weaknesses in a swimmer's starts, strokes and turns. It is intended to be a blueprint for improvement and to serve as a compass for long-term skill development. The report is prepared by Head Coach Nick Baker and e-mailed within one month of camp completion.

Equipment
We highly recommend the use of Finis Forearm Fulcrum Paddles and a Finis competitive swimming snorkel (if you child is comfortable using one). Paddles and snorkels may be purchased through the camp and picked up at camp check-in.

Early Arrival Option
We highly recommend that Overnight Campers arrive one day prior to the start of camp. An early arrival package is available and includes accommodations, dinner, breakfast and supervision.

Airport Transportation
A supervised shuttle service to and from Reno/Tahoe International is available. We ask that parents schedule their child's arrival between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., the day prior to the start of camp. Departure times should be scheduled between 3:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m. on the final day of camp. See Camp Policies for further information.
